The Problem

UNICEF, a globally recognized humanitarian organization, sought to raise awareness and drive donor engagement for its global child protection initiatives. Despite a strong digital presence, UNICEF needed a physical activation that would humanize its mission, spark conversation, and increase on-the-spot donor conversions in a high-traffic setting.

The Solution

Bat City Promotions partnered with UNICEF to produce a 5-day immersive public activation aimed at turning empathy into action. The experience was designed to make the challenges children face around the world more tangible for passersby, while providing clear and easy ways to support UNICEF’s mission.

Key activation features included:

  • An interactive, walk-through exhibit simulating real-world challenges children face (clean water access, education gaps, emergency shelters)
  • Trained cause ambassadors who guided visitors and explained impact pathways
  • On-site donation stations and QR-driven sign-ups for recurring giving
  • Augmented reality elements to visualize the difference each donor could make

“Bat City Promotions helped us tell UNICEF’s story in a way that truly resonated. Their team created a powerful, emotional experience that not only educated but inspired action. The campaign helped us connect with new supporters in a lasting, meaningful way.”
